Fairtrade Africa - Women in Wine

Fairtrade Africa's Women in Wine film: women on the farm, in the cellar and in the tasting room on leadership, confidence and earning their own income.

About the film

A 5½-minute impact documentary for Fairtrade Africa's Women in Wine initiative, filmed on a Fairtrade wine farm. Management and workers speak about diversity on the farm, the support structures Fairtrade put in place for female workers to grow as leaders, the confidence the initiative gives women, and one worker's account of what earning her own salary changed; a social worker describes the Fairtrade-funded support.
