A 3¼-minute impact film shot at Kleine Zalze in Stellenbosch. The farm explains sustainability as farming that can carry on for generations: investing in healthy soils, Fairtrade's role in checking that practices really are sustainable, wildlife corridors between the vineyards and along the river — small antelope returning, a caracal born on the estate — and replacing sprays with released predators.
